Staff and residents at Barchester’s White Lodge care home, in Swindon, celebrated Harvest Festival by holding a celebration for the community to enjoy.

Residents at White Lodge enjoyed a day filled with fun entertainment and activities for the whole community to join. The home was filled with song and laughter as they welcomed a musical performance from the local Carers Choir. Children from Longleaze Primary School were also in attendance for the celebration. Residents of White Lodge were able to enjoy some intergenerational fun and spent their afternoon carving pumpkins with the children for the celebration.

General Manager, Ramona Gherendi said “As always, we’ve all been looking forward to Harvest Festival. It’s such a lovely time of year – the residents love getting together with the local community to celebrate.”
