Royal British Legion Band Poppy Day Concert
The Royal British Legion Band of Bexhill & Little Common will be performing their annual Remembrance Day concert on November 8, at the Town Square Social Club, Bexhill.
The event promises to be a blend of poignant music in recognition of former military conflicts, and uplifting pieces from the likes of Glenn Miller, through musicals to Motown.
The band has had a busy 2024, performing at a number of events in the Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne area, most notably a highly successful 'Proms and fireworks' concert on Eastbourne's bandstand in August.
Conductor Martin Bunce AGSM will be wielding the baton, the concert starts at 8pm with tickets at £3 on sale at the door or from the club bar in advance.
