Actress Jessica Alba finalises divorce from Cash Warren after sixteen years of marriage
Jessica Alba filed for divorce from Cash Warren in February 2025.
Two years after separating, actress Jessica Alba has now finalised her divorce from Cash Warren after 16 years of marriage. The couple share two daughters together, Honor Marie 17, Haven, 14 and son Hayes Alba, who is 8.
People magazine reported that “According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE and filed by Warren on Friday, Feb. 13, the couple will not pay one another spousal support. The documents show that the divorce is uncontested and Warren is seeking final approval from the court.”
Jessica Alba met Cash Warren on the set of the film Fantastic Four in 2004, Cash Warren was working at the time as a director’s assistant and Jessica Alba was playing the part of Sue Storm. On January 16 2025, Jessica Alba shared a statement on Instagram.
The statement read: “I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years- both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
“We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
In May 2024, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren celebrated 16 years of marriage and Jessica Alba took to Instagram and wrote: “16 years of marriage, 20 years together and forever to go… Happy Anniversary @cash_warren 🫶🏽 I’m proud of us for making it this far. There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family. Through thick and thin we have continually found our way back to each other and have chosen one another. Cheers to us, I love you.”
Following her split from Cash Warren, Jessica Alba embarked on a relationship with actor Danny Ramirez and the couple have holidayed together in Los Cabos in Mexico. In January of this year, he was featured in a carousel of photos and videos. She wrote: “Easing into the first Monday of the new year feeling recharged, grounded & present.
“Grateful for a dreamy final week of ’25 filled with a few of my favorite things 🌊🌮💕☀️ Forever memories locked - heart full, soul open and ready for 2026 ✨.”
