David Graham dead: Thunderbirds, Peppa Pig & Doctor Who voice actor dies aged 99

The London-born actor brought iconic characters to life, including aquanaut Gordon Tracy, scientist Brains, and chauffeur Aloysius “Nosey” Parker in Thunderbirds. He was also the voice behind the infamous Daleks in Doctor Who.

Hide AdJamie Anderson, son of Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson, confirmed the news, saying: “I’m very sad to confirm that David has passed away at the grand old age of 99.” Anderson fondly recalled celebrating Graham’s birthday with fans just weeks earlier, adding: “David was always kind and generous with his time and his talent. And what a talent.”
Graham’s extensive voice work included his role as Parker in ITV’s Thunderbirds Are Go (2015-2020) and Grandpa Pig in the beloved children’s show Peppa Pig. He also voiced characters in Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom.
The official account of Anderson Entertainment paid tribute on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying: “David was always a wonderful friend to us here at Anderson Entertainment. We will miss you dearly, David. Our thoughts are with David’s friends and family.”
In addition to his voice work, Graham appeared in various TV shows, including Doctor Who, Coronation Street, and Casualty.
