‘Human Ken doll’ Jimmy Featherstone may face jail time after pleading guilty to a ‘serious’ blackmail charge involving ‘sextortion’.

The 25-year-old, who has spent over £10,000 annually on cosmetic surgery to emulate the look of Barbie's Ken, appeared in Hull Crown Court for demanding money from a man under threats between August 16 and 19.

Featherstone rose to fame through TV appearances on shows like Hooked on the Look and ITV’s This Morning, where he discussed his addiction to cosmetic enhancements and fake tanning. The aspiring reality star has described his aesthetic as "plastic fantastic" and expressed that he would continue undergoing procedures until fully achieving his ideal look.

During the court hearing, Neil Coxon, the prosecuting attorney, said Featherstone’s actions had affected both the victim and the victim’s partner, with the partner expected to submit a statement at a future hearing.

Featherstone was released on conditional bail while awaiting sentencing, under terms that he reside at his home and avoid direct or indirect contact with the victim, including through social media. Recorder Ian Mullarkey warned Featherstone: “You have pleaded guilty to what is a serious case."

The court will review a pre-sentence report prepared by the probation service before determining Featherstone’s sentence.
