Reality TV star Christina Haack puts home on the market for more than $4million following Joshua Hall divorce

The 41-year-old revealed that she has listed her stunning Tennessee farmhouse for $4.5 million ($3.5 milllion), even though her former husband, aged 43, had been using the home as his residence after moving out of their shared mansion in Newport Beach.

It comes after the TV personality and mother-of-three made some claims relating to the former couple’s financial situation - and even accused him of attempting to steal from her - in a recent legal filing. She accused Josh of requesting $65,000 (around £50,000) per month in spousal support — an allegation he has absolutely denied.

Christina alleged that Josh had asked for a sky-high amount, and also that he had “just paid over $70,000 (around £5,400) to pay off the lease” on a Bentley, according to People magazine. “Josh Hall is requesting $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a two-year, nine-month marriage, which is outrageous when he is self-supporting,” the document states, adding that Josh has “no need for spousal support.”

Josh hit back at his ex and her lawyer, Matthew S. DeArmey, in a statement posted on his Instagram Stories. “So no @dearmeylaw filed legal declarations riddled with lies and assumptions,” he began. “Interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed lawyer and took an oath of integrity. Pretty sure making provable false statements to a judge is unethical.”

A spokesperson for Christina told People that her lawyer did not wish to comment on the matter, and Christina has not yet responded to Josh’s claims. However, throughout her divorce proceedings she has criticised her ex-beau, most recently accusing him of attempting to “steal” from her and her children on a post on her Instagram Stories.

“Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed,” she wrote. “All about trying to take everything you can . . . With your mind on my money and my money on your mind”. She then made it perfectly clear who her statement was aimed at in a follow-up post: “And yes this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family. Asking for an obscene amount of $ from me for a short-term marriage is factual.” It also appears she may also have more to say on the subject, as she added a warning: “PS my autobiography is in the works and is gonna be a real page turner.”

We reported earlier this year that real estate investor and TV personality Christina separated from her third husband on Monday July 8, the day before her 41st birthday. According to American celebrity publication TMZ, Flip or Flop star Christina and her now estranged husband, formally submitted separation paperwork in Orange County, California just over a week later, on Tuesday July 15.

E! News reports the reason behind the split is listed as "irreconcilable differences". Joshua, who is also a TV personality, had been married to Christina for two years. The pair got married in Maui, Hawaii, in April 2022. Christina has already been married twice before, and the divorce is her second in three years.

She was married to fellow real estate investor, and Flip or Flop co-presenter, Tarek El Moussa, aged 42, between 2009 and 2018. She then said ‘I do’ to 45-year-old TV presenter Ant Anstead in 2018, but they divorced in 2021. Anstead is now dating Hollywood actress Renée Zellweger.

Christina has three children; daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, eight, who she shares with El Moussa, and four-year-old son Hudson, who she shares with Anstead.
