In court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight Brad accuses his ex-wife of ‘secretly’ selling her share in the Chateau Miraval Winery in order to ‘seize profits she had not earned and returns on an investment she did not make.’

The actress was then called ‘vindictive' with Brad’s legal team reportedly claiming she ‘also sought to inflict harm on Pitt.”

The new documents claim, “By 2019, Pitt and Jolie were finalising their divorce, and Jolie wanted out of Miraval. In recognition of the contractual rights she and Nouvel owed Pitt and Mondo Bongo, and the promises she made to Pitt even after their separation, Jolie acknowledged that there were only 'two ways forward.' Pitt and Jolie could sell Miraval jointly, or Pitt could buy her out. The former couple thus began exclusive buyout negotiations,"

The former couple got together after first meeting on the set of the movie ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’ in 2005 at the time Brad was still married to Friends actress Jennifer Aniston
