It can be difficult finding love in Hollywood, particularly when you consider yourself a ‘strong’ and independent woman like Emily Ratajkowski does. Emily, who is known as ‘EmRata’ by her fans, recently spoke to guest Olivia Ponton about just this on the latest episode of her ‘High Low with EmRata’ podcast.

In the episode, she said about men: “They slowly get emasculated and they don’t know what to do with those feelings, and they resent you, and then they start to tear you down,” she explained. “And then you’re just back to square one.”

Emily is of course an author too and wrote the book ‘My Body,’ which Waterstones describes as a ‘profoundly personal exploration of feminism, sexuality and power, of men’s treatment of women and women’s rationalisations for accepting that treatment.”

She spoke about the book when she appeared on CBS Mornings.

“The only time I feel I have experienced empowerment is through writing this book and through telling my story,” said Emily.

It appears apparent that none of Emily’s relationships have allowed us to feel empowered as yet. Perhaps she will allow herself to be single in the first part of 2023 and discover herself more?
