Florence Pugh demands attention in stunning slip dress while questions are asked over David Beckham’s Earthshot Prize appearance

There are certain A-list stars who know exactly how to work the camera and actress Florence Pugh is definitely one of them! No sooner did I see the photographs of her looking incredible in a pink slip dress at the British Independent Film Awards, then I knew she would be catapulted to the top of our hot list.

Although the slip dress was popular in the 90s thanks to the likes of Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and actress Drew Barrymore, it is enjoying a resurgence in 2022. I would expect to see a lot of them at Christmas parties or gatherings over the festive period. However, I think I will give them a miss this time!

Now onto our next star on PeopleWorld’s hot list. Step up Jude Bellingham. You know I was only jesting the other day when I put you on our not so hot list for not making your bed at 19! I knew it was only a matter of hours before you redeemed yourself. And I didn’t have to wait long as you were outstanding against Senegal last night.

I am sticking to the world of football again for our last ‘hot’ recipient today. I have to give it to the England manager Gareth Southgate, not for just getting England through to the quarter finals, but for his managerial skills off the pitch.

When he was asked if Raheem Sterling would return to face France on Saturday (Raheem flew home to deal with the aftermath of a break-in to his house), his response was measured but very thoughtful. “I really don’t know, it’s a situation he needs time to deal with, I don’t want to put any pressure on him,” he said.

One can only imagine the pressure Gareth Southgate is under at the moment, but his ability to put his concerns aside and focus on Raheem speaks volumes about the man.

Now who is gracing PeopleWorld’s not so hot list today…

First up is David Beckham. Although the audience at the Earthshot Prize Awards 2022 were happy to see David Beckham present an award at the event, this was not the case with viewers back home. Many were branding him a hypocrite following the Qatar World Cup controversy.

Next up is Megan Fox. Megan appears to have a little bit of an obsession with Pamela Anderson as she was channelling the former Baywatch star again at a recent festival. She recently dressed up as her for Halloween, so it would seem that Pamela is definitely her inspiration. However, there is only one Pamela Anderson, so I suggest you try being Megan Fox for a while.

Axl Rose is the last big name occupying the last spot on our not so hot list today. The Guns N’ Roses singer has said that he will stop throwing his microphone into the audience after a fan was reportedly hurt during a recent show in Australia. Yes, Axl, I think it is time you stopped!
