All eyes are on Gwyneth Paltrow at the moment as she faces a court case against a 76-year-old who is suing the Iron Man star for $300,000 after allegedly crashing into him on a Utah ski slope in 2016.

While Gwyneth is reportedly counter-suing for only $1, her no-doubt organic lined linen pockets must be deep as the actress and Goop founder’s net worth has been estimated at a staggering $200 million.

Drawing in pay days from her acting career with notable credits such as Seven, Shakespeare in Love and Iron Man, brand endorsements with Estee Lauder and Coach, in addition to writing books, Gwyneth has made herself quite the fortune.

However, in recent years after stepping away from the silver screen following the birth of her children, Gwyneth has turned her focus to selling 24-karat gold yoni eggs and wellness products through her company Goop.

But how much is Goop worth? PeopleWorld takes a look:

Goop is a modern wellness and lifestyle brand and it has certainly made Gwyneth well-off.

Despite some controversy and initial mocking for certain products such as the infamous vagina candle, the brand was valued at $250 million after it raised $50 million in Series C funding (where investors inject money in the hopes of receiving more than double back) in March 2019.

Taking this into consideration, Gwyneth, whose personal stake is about 30%, would have been able to take away around $75 million before taxes.

In light of this success, Gwyneth said in 2021: “People initially were like, ‘This is nuts,’...They thought I was insane and were up in arms. Now look: It’s a billions of dollars market. I don’t care about the haters. They are irrelevant to me.”

However, it must be noted that although Gwyneth’s Goop business was flourishing across the pond, the Shakespeare in Love actress did have to close her London-based shop in Notting Hill earlier this year after it lost £1.4 million in revenue.
