It seems that now is the best time for Hollywood stars to book in for their cosmetic surgery appointments as ongoing strikes means that the film and TV industry has come to a stand still. And it seems that is exactly what they are doing as The Telegraph stated "some clinics have reported as much as a 30 per cent increase in appointment requests since the strikes began."

Dr. Ben Talei of the Beverly Hills Centre for Plastic Surgery spoke to TMZ in a live stream he explained that he was seeing an influx of A-Listers booking appointments. Talei said it's mostly the “A and B-listers” who are swarming his office with celebrities planning smaller treatments with less recovery time if the strike is over quickly or bigger procedures if it lasts longer.

Members of the SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) and headed by Fran Drescher are asking for higher pay and protection against artificial intelligence.

Could this be the perfect time for stars to secretly go off on an extended on holiday and get some work done then come out and deny having anything done? Maybe as they seem to have enough of a break for the recommended recovery times.

‘Tweakments’ such as Botox and filler will heal within a few days usually after the swelling has gone down no one would know. Liposuction and breast implants recovery time can usually take around six weeks and rhinoplasty (nose job) can take up to several months to fully heal.

There are a few Hollywood stars who have often denied cosmetic surgery. Kim Kardashian has previously denied getting butt implants and even went as far to get an x-ray of her derriere to show there was nothing there.

Her younger sister Kylie Jenner is constantly being accused of having plastic surgery although vehemently denies having anything other than a touch of filler here and there. Khloe Kardashian did eventually come out and admit to having rhinoplasty but she denied it for three years. Momager Kris Jenner has also been very open about her breast implants and facelift.
