Jamie Foxx has been recovering in hospital for over a month due to a mystery illness. The actor was rushed to hospital with a ‘medical complication’ on April 11 during the filming of new his new Netflix movie ‘Back in Action’ alongside Cameron Diaz.
The actor appeared to be on the mend but now shocking reports reveal that his family is ‘preparing for the worst.’

Hide AdIn recent weeks the family asked fans to pray for him but he was getting better. Jamie appeared to confirm he was on the mend when he broke his social media silence thanking fans for their support. He wrote “Appreciate all the love feeling blessed.”
Fans are worried after Radar Online reports the ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ actor's situation is far more serious and being treated for a brain issue. They explained “It was touch and go for days with him, and he had to be revived. He is very lucky to be alive!”
The source said “His friends and family are hoping for the best — but preparing for the worst!”
When the Ray actor was first admitted to hospital his daughter actress Corrine Foxx released a statement confirming her father had suffered a ‘medical complication.’ Although no further details were given but did ask fans for privacy during this time.

Hide AdCorrine posted an advertisement of herself and her father for the company Intel Laptop on Instagram. It's the first time the actress has posted on the social media platform since April 6 as she deleted her statement post the day after her father was hospitalised.
The short clip was captioned "First he’s learning how to sync his phone with his #IntelEvo laptop, next thing you know he’ll be editing photos all by himself. Baby steps, @iamjamiefoxx. Baby steps. #ProudDaughter"
Fans were quick to speculate that this could mean that the actor is getting better and taking 'Baby steps'. We are keeping our fingers crossed that he will make a full full recovery.
The family have kept private about the actor's condition and any symptoms he may have completely under wraps. But another source close to the family said Jamie was ‘communicating now’ implying that at one point he was unable too.

Jamie and Katie preferred to keep their relationship out of the spotlight. The former couple were first linked after being seen dancing together at a lavish party in the Hamptons in 2013. But it took another two years before a source confirmed the pair were in a relationship.
They holidayed together in Paris and spent time in Malibu when they were spotted holding hands. They were often seen together at different events but it wasn’t until 2019 when they made their first public appearance together at the Pre-Grammy Gala. Soon after the two actors were happy to pose for pictures at the Met Gala the same year.
