Jamie Lee Curtis’ 2023 has got off to a great start as she showcases her ‘trifecta’ of awards she has won this season on Instagram, including an Academy Award, a SAG and ‘Auditor of the Month’.

After winning her first golden statuette at this year’s Oscars for her role as auditor Deirdre Beaubeirdre in Best Picture ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’, Jamie shared a picture to her 5.1 million followers revealing where she decided to put her accolades on display.

The Oscar was in pride of place next to the SAG award she had clinched earlier this year and a rather phallic looking trophy, which indeed turned out to be a prop from Everything Everywhere.

Fans found the ‘Holy Trinity’ of trophies hilarious in the comments section, with a few famous faces joining in on the fun, such as Michelle Pfeiffer and Harry Shum.

As awards season wraps up for 2023 and the winners begin to decide where to put their accolades, PeopleWorld takes a look at some other celebs who have chosen bizarre locations:

Tom Hanks

With magpies the saying goes ‘one for sorrow, two for joy,’ and in the case of Tom Hanks’ trophy display, his two Oscars from Philadelphia and Forrest Gump respectively are showcased next to a few other awards that bring joy to his family - namely, a Mother’s Day trophy given to his wife and football awards.

Cate Blanchett

While winners could look to their bookshelves at home and see their golden statuette any time, Cate Blanchett will have to pay a fee to get a glimpse of one of her Oscars, after she donated the 2004 The Aviator prize to the ACMI museum in Australia.

Kevin Costner

Once your name is called out at the Academy Awards, you never want to let go of that trophy and keep it in sight as much as possible, but for Kevin Costner, the worry of losing his two Oscars was a little too much to begin with.

Before he relocated his accolades to his viewing room, Kevin kept his two Oscars tucked into his underwear drawer so they would not get taken!

Rosamund Pike

A Golden Globe is like a tiny bit of treasure to prestigious actors and Rosamund Pike took this analogy and ran with it, or should I say dug with it?

To avoid personal questions and to have a bit of fun, Rosamund revealed she had buried the trophy in her back garden, stating: “I think it’s funny because, in the future, when I’m gone or when someone else buys the house, they’ll be tidying up the garden, they’ll bang on the metal and think they’ve found buried treasure.”

Goldie Hawn

For Goldie Hawn, trophy cabinets do not hold sentimental value as ‘awards are history’, according to the 1970 Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards.

Instead, Goldie keeps her Oscar in her meditation room where she studies and meditates.

Kate Winslet

Everyone would love to feel how heavy an Oscar statuette is and to raise it up while fake crying, thanking your parents and loved ones for all of their help…so to avoid embarrassment for everyone’s fake acceptance speeches, Kate Winslet put her 2009 Oscar, which she won for her role in The Reader alongside Ralph Fiennes, on the back of the toilet.
