Wow you know something is up in the celebrity world when Jennifer Lopez’s 226 million followers on Instagram are left with an empty page. The reason why she has gone straight to the top spot on our hot list is because this normally signifies something ‘big’ is about to happen…

Jennifer is following in the footsteps of the likes of Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik who have deleted their social media accounts for big reasons, whether professional or personal. I await with baited breath to see what Jennifer does next… One thing for sure is that it is likely to be HUGE.

From Jennifer Lopez to Sir Billy Connolly. It is all about contrasting celebrities on People World as these two stars demonstrate. Billy is on our hot list today as he celebrates his 80th birthday.

Sir Billy or the ‘Big Yin’ (as he is known particularly in his homeland) is a fascinating man and one that is rightly regarded as one of UK’s most successful stand-up comedians. Billy was able to overcome his troubled childhood to become a huge success and for that I admire him greatly.

Last up on our hot list is Daniel Craig. No, this is not just any excuse to put Mr Bond himself on our hot page, there are legitimate reasons behind it!

Daniel is winning rave reviews for his film Glass Onion and also looked particularly suave at James Bond’s star-studded 60th anniversary that just took place in London. I challenge those who dare to disagree with me that these are not more than valid reasons for Daniel to earn a coveted spot on People World’s hot list

Now onto the ‘not so hot’ list.

Kendall Jenner is one of those enviable A-list stars who never normally puts a foot wrong when it comes to her fashion choices. I can’t tell you how many times I have marvelled at her inimitable way of adding a bit of edge to her red carpet style looks.

However, even the likes of Kendall Jenner are not immune from moving rapidly from our hot list to not so hot list and this is one of those times!

From Kendall Jenner to Boy George… Oh dear, it seems like Boy George is acting like a bit of a ‘diva’ AGAIN. The ‘homesick’ star is desperate to fly home after being voted off ‘I’m A Celebrity’ but has been refused permission because of contractual obligations.

Oh come on George. We all have to do things in life sometimes that we don’t want to do! Let us not forget that you have been paid for taking part in the series and haven’t done it out of the kindness of your heart.

Finally, from Boy George to Nicola Sturgeon. The contrasts are great today on People World. The First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon is obviously far from happy today after the UK supreme court ruled against a Scottish independence referendum.

Although Nicola has said that “we must and we will find another democratic, lawful and constitutional means by which the Scottish people can express their will,’ this is undoubtedly a step back in her plans for Scotland’s independence.
