Selena Gomez certainly seems an expert when it comes to keeping herself in the headlines and rightly goes straight to the top of PeopleWorld’s hot list today. She may have skipped the SAG Awards but is now back on Instagram only days after she said she was announcing a social media break. Wow, Selena, I just can’t keep up with you!

After all, when you regain the title of the ‘most followed female on Instagram' with over 390 million followers, it would be foolish to stay off the social media platform for too long as I am sure there are plenty of other A-list stars snapping at her heels.

From Selena Gomez to Pedro Pascal. Season 3 of the Mandalorian comes out today on Disney+ Pedro is hotter than hot right now and is also the lead in HBO’s The Last of Us. Although Pedro has been adored by long-time fans since his stint as agent Javier Pena in Narcos, it would seem that the whole world is now waking up to the talents of Chile-born actor Pedro.

It is good to see Spice Girl Mel B on PeopleWorld’s hot list today. Mel, who is a survivor of domestic abuse and also a campaigner, has called on Sir Keir Starmer to make tackling domestic violence one of his ‘national missions’ if he becomes prime minister. According to Sky News, Mel B said, “Keir I’m holding you to everything. I will come after you, I will.” She then went on to say: “For every survivor and everybody’s voice out there that can’t be heard, I am their voice, so watch out. Because I really do like you.”

Now mmm, yes you are right in thinking you spot a familiar face on PeopleWorld’s not so hot list today, none other than Matt Hancock himself! This is for very legitimate reasons. Sir Keir Starmer has called for a Covid inquiry to report by the end of year as Matt Hancock has denied claims he rejected care home testing advice. If that wasn’t enough, he has come under fresh criticism for being hired to speak at a Qatar travel conference.

Next up today is Britney Spears. One of her dogs recently escaped and reportedly bit an elderly man. This latest incident comes after Britney has warned her fans not to invade her privacy as some are said to have called the police as they are worried about her social media blackout.

Last up today is Kylie Jenner who marks quite the contrast to Selena Gomez. She has lost one million followers on Instagram and has been overtaken by Selena who is now the most followed female on the social media platform.
