Tom Holland and Zendaya may be one of the hottest Hollywood couples since they confirmed their relationship in 2021 after appearing in the Spiderman franchise together, but Tom will always follow his spider senses back to London.

The Spiderman: Homecoming actor returned to his childhood home in February 2022 when he announced he was taking a break not only from acting but also from social media to focus on his mental health and starting a family.

Despite being over a year since Tom took his hiatus, his other family seemingly has come back to him, as Zendaya was seen shopping with him in London earlier this week for both groceries and real estate.

The Euphoria actress, who has recently stunned on the red carpets at the SAG and NAACP Awards, reportedly bought a $5.7 million AUD house in Richmond with her boyfriend, close to Tom’s childhood residence in Kingston-Upon-Thames.

With family at the forefront of the couple’s decision, PeopleWorld takes a look at where Tom and Zendaya are living and how close they are to Tom’s family, both geographically and figuratively:

Although Tom and Zendaya have taken the six-bedroom house off of the Richmond market, the Hollywood couple is looking to undertake ‘big renovation plans’, adding on a gym, man cave and home cinema to their humble abode.

The Spiderman cast mates can count A-Listers Sir David Attenborough, Angelina Jolie and Sir Mick Jagger among their neighbours who all live in the English riverside area after they reportedly picked up the keys this week.

A source said: “They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together, they are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London where Tom grew up…There is definitely a buzz in Richmond now Tom and Zendaya have set up home.”

While the couple may be laying down a ‘home sweet home’ doormat together, it must be noted that Tom already owns a three-bedroom apartment in London city centre and Zendaya still resides in her $4 million USD home in Los Angeles, which she purchased in 2020.

Zendaya can bring some home renovation experience to her and Tom’s new Richmond property as she has previously worked on improving her ranch-style six-bedroom home in the San Fernando Valley, built in 1939.

Although it is not known for sure whether Zendaya will move to the Richmond home permanently as her acting and fashion career continues to go from strength to strength across the pond, Tom will have company close at hand with his family living just a 17-minute drive away.

Tom was born to photographer Nicola (née Frost) and comedian/author Dominic Holland in Kingston-Upon-Thames in 1996 and is the eldest of four boys.

The 26-year-old’s brothers can often be found on Tom’s social media, namely Harry, Paddy and Sam Holland, with the quartet’s parents setting up their own charity called The Brother’s Trust which ‘raises funds and awards grants to charities around the world.’

In July 2022, Zendaya and Tom were spotted having lunch in New York City with Harry after the actress sliced open her finger while cooking and required stitches.

Before this, Zendaya had flown to this neck of the woods to spend time with the Holland clan, namely two of Tom’s brothers and their Mum, as they were pictured arriving to watch Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on the West End.
