Are Anne-Marie and Slowthai engaged, after the singer is spotted sporting a new diamond ring?

Currently the squeeze of hip-hop artist Slowthai, pop singer Anne-Marie, has gotten the gossip columns excited after being spotted out and about with a brand new accessory. It’s somewhat of a collaboration in many respects, as the “Rockabye” singer was sporting a diamond ring on her wedding ring finger.

Talk of the couple being an item first emerged in 2022 when the pair were spotted together during a night out in London back in May of that year. However, the gossip about the pair was overshadowed instead by the viral video showing Slowthai getting into an altercation with a doorman.

Nine months later the pair went TikTok official about their relationship. Taking to her TikTok account on March 5 2023, The Voice judge uploaded a loved-up and PDA-packed video with Slowthai, where she was singing along to the rapper’s track “Happy” while sharing smooches with the musician.

But the latest development in the unlikeliest relationship of 2023 (and we still have a number of months to top it) has had fans of the couple grabbing their portable music devices and queuing up Wagner’s Bridal Chorus on their streaming music services. The pair’s representatives were reached by the Daily Mail for comment, but have yet to respond to the paper revealed.

If Slowthai has eschewed tradition and opted to propose to Anne-Marie before the more popular spring setting for many would be husbands and wives, it would mark his second engagement that had been public knowledge. The rapper was engaged to Russian singer and model Katya Kischuk, former member of the Russian girl group Serebro, whom he met online.

On 18 June 2021, Kischuk gave birth to the couples’ son but in December 2022, Kischuk announced to her Telegram chat that the couple had separated.
