Billie Eilish, 20, has opened up about her relationship with Jesse Rutherford, 31, for the first time in a new interview with Vanity Fair. The Happier than Ever singer spoke about how happy she was, and referred to Rutherford as the ‘hottest f**king f**ker alive’.

Eilish was first linked with Rutherford, who is the vocalist of popular alternative band the Neighbourhood, when they were seen by a fan at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights last month. They confirmed their relationship soon after, and made their red carpet debut at the star-studded 2022 LACMA Art+Film Gala early November 2022.

The couple received intense scrutiny due to their age gap, Eilish addressed the scrutiny her relationship has come under in her interview with Variety: ‘Say what you need to say, but, like, I am in control right now. I did this.’

The couple took aim at the critics of their age-gap and relationship when they dressed up in a ‘disturbing’ baby and old man Halloween costumes. Eilish dressed up as a baby, complete with a diaper and bonnet, while Rutherford sported a bald cap and wrinkled prosthetics.

Speaking further on her relationship with Rutherford, Billie said: ‘I just am really inspired by this person, and, you know, he’s inspired by me,’ she told the publication. ‘It’s really cool, and I’m really excited and I’m really happy about it.

‘I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f**king f**ker alive, but pulled his a**! Are you kidding me? Can we just [get a] round of applause for me?
