Although she was seen teaching Manchester City talisman Erling Haaland the dance moves to her solo work, “FLOWER” (and apparently making Haaland blush during their meeting), BLACKPINK member Jisoo has her heart elsewhere - with confirmation now that she is dating South Korean actor Ahn Bo-hyun.

Both stars' agencies, YG Entertainment (representing Jisoo) and FN Entertainment (representing Ahn), acknowledged their relationship and according to both agencies, they are currently getting to know each other with positive feelings, with both companies having requested warm support and understanding from fans.

Ahn Bo-hyun might not be a name familiar to those outside of the K-Drama world, but in his native South Korea he’s considered very much a teen heart throb; Ahn began his acting career in 2014 and has since gained recognition for his roles in various television dramas and films. Some of his notable works include "Descendants of the Sun," "Her Private Life," and "Itaewon Class.”

The news has not only delighted netizens but also Ahn’s co-star, Jung Hae-in. “I also saw it through the entertainment news section of a web portal before this interview” he commented in an interview in South Korea. “I hope the two of them will continue their healthy and beautiful relationship. I didn’t know they were dating.”

Jung is acquainted with both stars and some netizens have speculated that he may have introduced them, which he denied. Let’s just hope however the “Rosé curse” doesn’t affect the new relationship between Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun.

The “Rosé Curse” is an ongoing joke/meme regarding the misfortune of BLACKPINK member Rosé taking photos with someone and shortly thereafter, the other participant in the picture ends up breaking up from their relationship with their partner.

Much like the whole Drake going to sports games and the home team losing, there is some credibility to the meme; not shortly after Rosé had her photos taken with Florence Pugh news broke that she had separated from her partner, Zach Braff. A similar situation arose when Rosé was pictured with Kendall Jenner, and days later it was revealed that Jenner and her partner Devin Booker had also broken up.
