Eurovision mania has well and truly kicked off this week with preparations and dress rehearsals underway for Saturdays live show. Mae Muller will be representing the UK with her song 'I Wrote a Song' and is in with a good chance with the bookies having her at 40/1 odds of winning. We've put a list of all the acts and songs they will be performing.

Liverpool is hotting up for one of the biggest music nights of the year. The UK will be hosting the contest for the first time since 1998 after coming in second place to Ukraine who won last year but are unable to host due to ongoing conflict with Russia.

Sam Ryder was the 2022 runner-up after his performance of ‘Spaceman’ which earned him a huge 466 points. The highest result the UK has ever received. The last time the UK won the Eurovision song contest was in 1997 with Katrina and the Waves performing the song Love Shine a Light.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 grand final will be held on Saturday 13 May and available to watch on BBC One.

TV presenter Graham Norton will host alongside award-winning Ukrainian singer, Julia Sanina (The Hardkiss), Emmy Award-winning actress, Hannah Waddingham, and singer-songwriter, Alesha Dixon.
