Harry Styles is currently on his ‘Love on Tour’  world tour and when he’s not working up a sweat on stage you can guarantee he is working on his fitness routine  with BFF and personal trainer Brad Gould. 

The ‘As It Was’ singer recently performed four nights at London’s Wembley Stadium and this week is set to play two nights at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. He will then go onto Germany, and Spain before finishing in Italy.

By the time he comes to the end of his tour Harry will have performed over 169 shows. He is notorious for putting on a great show and dancing around the stage, so he has to be pretty in tip top condition.

Enter personal trainer Brad Gould. The PT has been working with the singer since October and the pair are often spotted working out together great outdoors. Brad has been credited with getting Harry in shape for his tour and even accompanied him on the Australian leg of the tour. 

The pair were recently spotted training together in London over the scorching hot weekend. The former One Direction star and PT showed off their toned torsos as they worked out. 

Brad is a strength and conditioning coach which according to Physiopedia.com is a coach that focuses on the selection and development of dynamic /static exercises used to improve physical performance. It can include exercise moves from cardiovascular (running), to bodyweight (squats) and weightlifting (deadlifts).

A source revealed to The Sun that the ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer “loves nothing more than training with his mates in the great outdoors and tucking into fresh organic food.” Harry also includes Pilates in his workouts after telling Vogue that he does the stretch workout because he has ‘very tight hamstrings.’

It’s not just Harry that stays super fit on tour. Queen Bee herself Beyoncé is known to push herself to the limit so that she is the absolute best. The singer who is currently on her ‘Renaissance World Tour’ - exercises five times a week, followed by 45 minutes of weight training according to her personal trainer Marco Borges who got her ready for her ‘Formation tour’.

Adele lost seven stone thanks to strength Pilates and strict diet before performing at her Las Vegas residency. Ellie Goulding has spoken about her love for weighted workout routines that help with her mental health on tour. 

And who can forget Jennifer Lopez’s incredible honed figure. The ‘On The Floor’ singer keeps fit with high intensity interval training (HIIT) AND trains with personal trainer PT David Kirsch. JLo is known for working out for 30 minutes to an hour four to five times a week and never misses a workout.
