She said Yes! Nicole Scherzinger is engaged to Thom Evans - we take a look at their relationship and exes

Nicole Scherzinger is engaged after boyfriend Thom Evans got down on one knee and proposed on the beach in Hawaii.

The Pussycat Doll shared the moment a former Glasgow Warriors rugby player asked her to marry him on her Instagram with the caption “I said yes” and the diamond ring emoji. The ‘Don’t Cha’ singer looked stunning in a blue and white paisley dress as she held her hands up to her face in shock. 

Many celebrities were quick to congratulate the happy couple from Paris Hilton, Rebel Wilson, Naomi Campbell and Kimberly Wyatt to former X-factor contestant Rylan Clarke.

The couple have been dating for over three years after meeting on the celebrity X-Factor in 2019. Nicole was part of the judging panel alongside Simon Cowell. With Thom part of boy band group ‘Try Star’ that also included former rugby players Ben Foden and Levi Davis.

Daily Express reported that the couple really hit it off on the show with Simon making very cheeky comments on how Nicole was a big fan of the boy band, especially Thom. Meghan McKenna who also recently got engaged, went on to win the show after the boys were eliminated in the semi-finals.

Before meeting her fiancé, Nicole was in an on/off relationship with Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton for several years. A few years after they split Lewis hinted that his busy schedule was a big factor in their relationship. The ‘Buttons’ singer had a brief relationship with tennis pro Grigor Dimitrov. 

Thom also dated a few celebs, he was in a relationship with Heart Radio presenter Kelly Brook for three years. In 2011 Kelly announced the former couple were expecting a baby girl but sadly lost the baby. It was reported that the pair suffered a few miscarriages during their relationship. The former rugby star was also linked to ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Caggie Dunlop, Canadian actress Jessica Lowndes and Lithuanian dancer Iveta Lukosiute.

The newly engaged couple live in the LA hills. Nicole has an estimated net worth of $14 million whilst Thom has an estimated net worth of $1 million. With that in mind we are sure it will be a lavish affair, with a very long celebrity guestlist.
