We all know that ‘midnight’ is Taylor Swift’s favourite time of day after her latest album compiled all of her late-night thoughts went on to break record sales, but the ‘Lavender Haze’ singer had another surprise for fans as the clock struck 12 last night.

In honour of Taylor’s long-awaited Eras Tour getting underway, which saw Ticketmaster crash from the huge demand, the 33-year-old singer shared four ‘unreleased’ tracks on streaming platforms.

Among the tunes were re-recorded versions of Taylor’s Hunger Games backing tracks ‘Eyes Open’ and ‘Safe and Sound’, featuring Joy Williams and John Paul White, a song called ‘If This Was A Movie (Taylor’s Version) and also ‘All of the Girls You Loved Before.’

The last song, which is an outtake from Taylor’s 2019 album Lover, reportedly acts as a love letter to Taylor’s boyfriend Joe Alwyn, who she has been dating since 2016 after meeting at the Met Gala.

The couple is notoriously private about their relationship unlike Taylor’s previously high-profile romances, but some of Taylor’s more recent works have provided a window into her and Joe’s love - exemplified by the Easter Eggs in the Lavender Haze music video or the lyrics in ‘Peace’ from Folklore about how they balance their love life in the public eye.

Fans will be able to see Taylor performing tracks from Midnights, Folklore, Lover and Evermore on her Eras Tour from 17 March to August this year, as the Grammy Award winner kicks off tonight in Glendale, Arizona.

As Taylor Swift will be living on the road for the next four months for The Eras Tour, PeopleWorld takes a look at the £7.3 million home she reportedly shares with long-time partner Joe Alwyn and the singer and actor’s respective net worth:

Taylor and Joe reportedly decided to start renting a London property together in 2021 after the couple used to split their time in the English capital between Joe’s parent’s home in Highgate and his flat in Crouch End.

The Midnights singer mentioned the Highgate home in her track ‘London Boy’, adding another love letter to Joe Alwyn in addition to her latest song ‘All of the Girls You Loved Before’.

Now when they are this side of the pond, the Midnights singer and the Conversations with Friends actor rent a £7 million home in Primrose Hill together - a hotspot for other celebrity homeowners including Taylor’s ex Harry Styles, Daniel Craig and Gwyneth Paltrow, to name a few.

Although Taylor is an honorary Londoner through her near seven-year relationship with Joe Alwyn, the couple spends most of their time in America where Taylor has properties in Nashville, Beverly Hills and Rhode Island.

Taylor’s property portfolio is almost as impressive as her musical career with the former worth a reported $150 million, while her general net worth equates to $570 million.

This impressive figure derives from Taylor’s record-breaking album releases, her five concert tours prior to her Eras Tour (amassing an estimated $150 million a year), movie roles and her relevant brand endorsements such as Coca-Cola, Sony Electronics and Target.

While Taylor may be bringing a lot of the bread home, Joe Alwyn has also accumulated an impressive net worth of $4 million from modelling gigs, songwriting and acting credits.

In terms of modelling, Joe can be seen in the 2020 Tom Ford campaign as he became the face of their new fragrance Beau de Jour, in Prada’s 2017 ‘'Ascension’ fashion collection and in Vogue’s infamous September issue in 2016 alongside Gigi Hadid and Imaan Hammam.

Joe used to work in a Snog frozen yoghurt shop while studying acting before he made his first feature film debut in 2016 for Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.

Since then he has added to both his net worth and IMDB page with notable acting credits such as The Favourite, Mary Queen of Scots and Conversations with Friends in addition to song-writing ventures with Taylor including Evermore and Sweet Nothing, using the pseudonym William Bowery.

Therefore while they are both hugely successful individuals in their own fields, they continue to accomplish as a team.
