Victoria Beckham and Mel B were once dubbed frenemies, despite being part of the world's most successful girl groups ever, the Spice Girls. They apparently clashed over their very different personalities and the fact Victoria didn't want to join the Spice Girls reunion tour in 2019.
However, when news of Mel B's difficult struggle with alleged abuse by her former second husband, Stephen Belafonte - claims he has always denied - Victoria was there to support her friend.

Mel B, also known as 'Scary Spice' from her time in the group, was awarded her MBE for her charitable work in raising awareness for domestic violence and supporting vulnerable women.
Speaking to PA about her award following the ceremony, Mel said: "I never thought I would be here getting this MBE for the work I’ve been doing.
"It’s amazing to have but it’s not just for me – it’s for all those other women.

Speaking on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Mel detailed how she wore a dress with a 'big slit across the chest' where her medal should have been pinned, adding: 'Victoria knew. She knew!'.
Explaining how her friend had designed the dress, Mel said: "It was quite embarrassing, actually, because I didn't realise the medal goes here on your chest."
Prince William was pinning the MBE medal on Mel B's dress as he awarded her the honour for her charitable work and had to place it around the slit which was across the upper chest area. Blushes all round.

She said: "And he asked, 'Will you get the Spice Girls back together?'. I told him I was having dinner with Victoria that evening and he said, 'Oh good, I’ll work on David then'."
Fellow bandmate, Geri, dubbed 'Ginger Spice' was a catalyst in the women rebuilding a friendship. She apparently, according to Closer magazine, mediated between the pair and they called a truce. Mel B was in attendance at Victoria's oldest child's marriage last year when Brooklyn Beckham married Nicola Peltz.
It was reported that Victoria Beckham has made around £2 million from the Spice Girls in recent years, despite not being involved in any reunion performances.
