The tenth season of American Horror Story is set for its UK premiere on Disney Plus on Wednesday (20 October).
American Horror Story: Double Feature is split into two parts: Red Tide, and Death Valley, with each story taking place in a unique location.
The show features a host of stars who are returning to the American Horror Story universe, with several making their fourth appearance in the long running series.

New episodes will drop weekly.

Who’s in the cast of American Horror Story: Double Feature
Sarah Paulson - Tuberculosis Karen & Mamie Eisenhower
American Horror Story stalwart, Sarah Paulson, returns to star in both parts of the Double Feature. Paulson will appear as Tuberculosis Karen in Red Tide, and Mamie Eisenhower in Death Valley. Paulson is best known for her roles in American Crime Story and Ratched.
Evan Peters - Austin Sommers
Mare of Eastown star Evan Peters stars in Red Tide and Austin Sommers. Austin is an aspiring writer who begins taking the black pills shortly after arriving in Provincetown. Peters has appeared in eight seasons of American Horror Story, and recently won an Emmy for his role in Mare of Eastown.
Lily Rabe - Doris Gardener & Amelia Earhart
Lily Rabe appears in both features, first as Doris Gardener in Red Tide and famous pilot Amelia Earhart in Death Valley. Doris Gardner is the wife of Harry and the mother of Alma. Rabe has featured in eight seasons of American Horror Story in various roles.
Finn Wittrock - Harry Gardner
Finn Wittrock features as Harry Gardner in Red Tide. Harry is the husband of Doris Gardner, and father to Alma Gardner. Wittrock has previously appeared in Freak Show, Hotel Roanoke and 1984.
Leslie Grossman - Ursula Caan & Calico
Leslie Grossman plays Ursula in Double Feature Part 1 – Red Tide and Calico in Death Valley. Ursula is Harry’s Hollywood agent, using his skills to her own advantage. Grossman has previously appeared in three American Horror Story seasons - Cult, Apocalypse and 1984.
Neal McDonough - Dwight D. Eisenhower
Neal McDonough plays President Dwight D. Eisenhower in Death Valley. McDonough is known for his roles in Desperate Housewives and Arrow, and the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers.
Billie Lourd - Leslie Feldman
Billie Lourd plays Leslie ‘Lark’ Feldman in Red Tide. . Lark is Provincetown’s best tattooist, who also sharpens teeth to make it easier for people to feed on others. This is Lourd’s fourth consecutive season of American Horror Story, appearing in Cult, Apocalypse and 1984.
Angelica Ross - The Chemist & Theta
Angelica Ross plays The Chemist in Part one and Theta is Part two of the double feature. The Chemist manufactures the black pills that the residents of Provincetown have been taking. This is Ross’s second American Horror Story season, after appearing as Donna in 1984.
Kaia Gerber - Kendall Carr
Kaia Gerber plays Kendall Carr in Part two - Death Valley. Carr is a 22-year-old Harvard University student who lives a life free of modern technology. Gerber, who is also a model, ahs appeared in two episodes of American Horror Stories as Ruby McDaniel, and the television film Sister Cities.
Macaulay Culkin - Mickey
Macaulay Culkin makes his American Horror Story debut as Mickey in Part 1 – Red Tide. Mickey is an aspiring writer who struggles to finish any of his novels. Macaulay is best known for his childhood roles in Home Alone, Richie Rich and My Girl.
