It’s been four long years since season five was released on Netflix and fans can’t wait for it return. This time the five part series has a star studded cast. Everyone from Hollywood icon Salma Hayek Pinault, Breaking Bad star Aaaron Paul and Schitt’s Creek favourite Annie Murphy.

Salma stars alongside Annie in episode one ‘Joan is Awful’. An average woman named Joan (Annie) finds that a streaming platform has launched a TV drama based on her life where she is played by actress Selma - still following, don’t worry it’s Black Mirror it’s meant to be confusing.

Speaking to the Radio Times Salma revealed that there is a scene - no spoilers here - where she did question whether or not she wanted to continue playing the part. She said: “There is one huge one [moment] that I had to come to terms with, and made me ask myself, ‘Do I really want to do this? Am I going to get in trouble?”

Aaron Paul and noughties heartthrob Josh Hartnett feature in episode three ‘Beyond the Sea.’ Based in an alternative 1969, two men on a perilous high-tech mission wrestle with the consequences of an unimaginable tragedy.

Black Mirror creator Charlie Brooker told Tadum "I’ve always felt that Black Mirror should feature stories that are entirely distinct from one another, and keep surprising people — and myself — or else what’s the point? It should be a series that can’t be easily defined, and can keep reinventing itself.”

It definitely sounds like one to binge-watch this weekend.
