How Helen Skelton is managing to wow Strictly judges despite marriage heartbreak

Helen Skelton is putting on the show of her life as she competes in Strictly Come Dancing during its 20th series.

The television presenter and actress has been under a lot of personal pressure following the breakdown of her marriage to rugby player Richie Myler, only months after having their third child together.

But Strictly watchers have seen her throw herself into the show, producing some impressive performances.

Skelton has now left Leeds and moved back in with her parents at their farm in the Lake District.

She and Myler, who plays for Leeds Rhinos, announced their split in April, just four months after she gave birth to their third child Elsie Kate on December 28. They also have two young sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.
