Kim Kardashian set to star in American Horror Story as she follows in the footsteps of other A-listers

Kim Kardashian is set to star in season 12 of the TV series American Horror Story [AHS] in a role that has been specifically written for her. The influencer shared a short clip to her Instagram with an eerie version of the Rock A bye baby lullaby. The reality star will star alongside AHS alumni Emma Roberts. 

The twelfth instalment of the show titled Delicate is based on the upcoming book written by Danielle Valentine Delicate Condition. The novel is described as a gripping thriller about a woman who becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy said “Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.” Fans are going wild with one person commenting “the 2023 plot twist we didn’t see coming.”

It will be the first major acting role for Kim after she had a brief cameo role in Ocean's Eight and also featured as the voice for Delores the Poodle in the Paw Patrol movie. 

The American Horror Story is an anthology series focusing on different characters and locations. The cult series began in 2011 and has seen many celebrities featured over the years including Lady Gaga who played The Countess in 15 episodes in season six of the Emmy Award winning show. 

The Award winning series is based on true crime events, famous supernatural stories, and historical figures.
