With many of this week’s conversations focused on the security and future of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s co-hosting duties on This Morning following their alleged feud, it got us wondering how much it would cost them literally and figuratively if they lost their presenting roles…

Phil and Holly have been a staple of ITV’s morning television for nearly 15 years having first joined forces in 2009 after Fern Britton left the show.

The pair, alongside their other co-presenters Alison Hammond, Dermot O’Leary and Ruth Langsford, have brought home an impressive 14 National Television Awards as well as multiple stand out moments such as ‘if my Grandma had wheels, she wouldn’t be a bike’.

However, reports suggested that the former BFFs who also co-present Dancing on Ice, have stopped speaking off camera after Holly was left ‘blindsided’ by Schofield addressing their rumoured friction.

Not only this but a string of controversies has added to tensions including viewers demanding their exit from This Morning following the Queen’s lying in state ‘queue gate’ and the sentencing of Phillip’s younger brother Timothy, who was found guilty of 11 counts of sexual offences.

The cooling of their friendship off camera comes as both of their contracts are set to run out this year - Phil’s in September and Holly’s sometime this year.

As Phil took a break from This Morning earlier this year when dealing with his family and the duo look to have their regular half term week away from cameras, PeopleWorld takes a look at their respective salaries and net worth:

Phil and Holly are the highest paid presenters on This Morning and have reaped the same salary as the other for the length of their hosting duties.

The duo used to earn a whopping £600,000 a year respectively for fronting both This Morning and Dancing on Ice, but have recently seen their pay grow to £730,000 a year.

While they may match one another on hosting salaries, Holly does earn slightly more than her counterpart in terms of her various deals and ads as her net worth stands at £10 million to Phil’s £8.6m.
