Every single room has been decorated in the Maximalist style with bold black and white stripes painted on the walls and ceilings, bright orange which is RuPaul's favourite colour because it makes him feel happy. Each room has the black and white theme throughout but a different accent colour to add a splash of bright colour without looking garish or tacky.

The media personality enlisted the help of decorator Martyn Lawrence Bullard who is inspired by great designers of the 30’s and 40’s like Dorothy Draper and Elise de Wolfe. RuPaul told AD “We’ve always loved Martyn’s aesthetic, so we trusted him, I said, ‘Go for it. I can go as far as your imagination will take us.”

The closet is what dreams are made of. Two bedrooms turned into one huge closet features a huge island in the middle and showcases all of RuPaul’s most magnificent clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. Picking out outfits in there everyday would be like a kid in a candy shop.

The mansion even has its own ‘disco room’ that has 26 disco balls hanging from the ceiling and stunning Hollywood Dorothy Draper inspired fireplace. It has a table and chairs that can be moved for dancing and the walls are covered in black and white pictures of his favourite disco artists.

RuPaul is considered the most successful drag queen in America and has had a successful career in acting, TV presenting, and modelling. He has an estimated net worth of $60 million.
