Season seven of Who Dares Wins will see fresh faces in the staff in the form of Rudy Reyes as the new Chief Instructor, and Remi Adeleke as DS.

As well as a brand new setting for the challenges - the baking Jordinian desert rather than a remote Scottish island - season seven will also feature 20 new recruits.

Since season four, the programme has been open to women, and Louise McCullough became the first and so far only woman to pass selection on the show.
