Selling Sunset has become one of Netflix’s biggest reality TV dramas since it debuted back in 2019.

Since then, viewers have watched as the Oppenheim estate agents have married, given birth, left the company and showcased the best homes in Los Angeles.

The Hollywood hills provide the views, esteem and celebrity neighbours which makes living in California the perfect place for this hit show - and its back with season four.

So, what can we expect from the Oppenheim Group, and when is it released on Netflix? This is what you need to know.

What happens in season four of Selling Sunset?

The trailer for the upcoming season gives enough away without ruining the drama, as new realtor Vanessa arrives to replace Davina.

The current Oppenheim girls smile through gritted teeth as they welcome her, while she admits she “knows how to deal” with “competitive and mean women”.

Also included in the trailer is new girl Emma, who admits she wants to leave Christine out of sight and out of mind, as it appears they share a history which ended abruptly.

It is also teased that Emma is taking Christine’s desk?”, though we are unsure how much of that is true, but what is apparent is there is going to be a whole lot of drama.

Who is in the cast for season four?

Returning for another season of poolside drama, cocktail chaos and stunning sun soaked mansions is Christine Quinn, who appears to be at the heart of a lot of arguing.

Chrishell Stause is also back for another season, as she tells producers in the trailer that she is “holding people accountable”. Viewers will be keen to see recent divorcee Stause and her new man and boss of Oppenheim, Jason, become an item. The news was reported just weeks before the series was set for release.

Also included in the cast is Vanessa Villela, a Mexican-American actress who has now turned her hand to real estate.

The 43-year-old said she is excited to join such esteemed realtors, but is also prepared for the added baggage of being on the Netflix show and the drama which comes as part of the job.

The other newbie is Emma Hernan, 29, who joins the cast after working with the Oppenheim brothers for several years. The Boston girl moved to LA after “falling in love” with the city during a school trip.

She recently told Cosmopolitan that, while viewers often get caught up in the drama, it is their real lives and she did prefer to keep her relationships and business deals private before signing up to join for season four.

The rest of the cast is made up of Mary Fitzgerald, Romain Bonnet, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz. It is unclear when Davina’s job lies as she has still been unable to sell THAT infamous $75million mansion.
