Sophie Habboo is in a to-do after being caught out in a lie involving Hollywood star Bradley Cooper.

The Made in Chelsea star told listeners on her Newlyweds podcast that the Silver Linings actor had chatted her up in a bar when she was on a night out with her husband-to-be Jamie Laing.

She said that Bradley had approached her when Jamie was ‘waiting for the loo’, but the 29-year-old ran away after getting ‘so nervous’ and telling him that she was engaged.

However, the intriguing anecdote has been called into question after a source said that Bradley wasn’t in the country at the time, instead being in New York with his family.

Sophie and Jamie, who met on Made in Chelsea in 2017 and got together in 2018, host the Newlyweds podcast together and are set to tie the knot in May 2023.

While Jamie Laing became well known from the reality TV series in 2011 and created a net worth of £2 million from his TV appearances and sweet company Candy Kittens, he is also the great-great-grandson of McVitie’s inventor Sir Alexander Grant 1st Baronet.

However, PeopleWorld takes a look at how much his fiancée Sophie Haboo is worth:

As of last year, Sophie Habboo’s estimated net worth is around £3-3.5 million after gaining reality television fame and growing into a successful businesswoman and internet star.

Sophie, who graduated from Newcastle University, has created a sustainable swimwear business called Gi Swim with her sisters, and co-hosts not only her Newlyweds podcast but also Wednesdays We Drink Wine with Made in Chelsea co-star Melissa Tattam.

Born in Leamington-Spa, Sophie’s mother is self-employed and her father is the founder of a management company for executive companies.
