Spencer Matthews 'Finding Michael’ documentary streaming now on Disney Plus but who are his siblings?

Spencer Matthews shared a message on his Instagram stories that the delayed documentary 'Finding Michael' is now streaming on Disney+. The TV star wrote: "Delighted to let you know that Finding Michael is now streaming.' He went on to thank his fans for their "patience and overwhelming support" after the four day delay.

Spencer's documentary ‘Finding Michael’ was expected to debut on Disney+ on 3 March, but according to the Made in Chelsea star, the ‘debut date has shifted.’ On his Instagram Stories he wrote: “Apologies to everyone trying to view Finding Michael on Disney+ The debut date has shifted and we’ll update you as soon as we have the new timings. This will be in the near future. Thank you for all your support.”

Spencer posted a trailer for the documentary two days ago on his Instagram and thanked all the people who had contributed to the project and relayed how much the process had helped him. When fans were not able to watch the documentary, they shared their disappointment on his Instagram.

In a new Disney+ documentary reality TV star Spencer Matthews leads an expedition to recover his brother Michaels body and bring him home. The documentary has been two years in the making and follows the Made in Chelsea star, 34, climb Mount Everest and re-trace the steps of his brothers expedition in 1999. 

Spencer was just 10 years old when his brother died and has said he struggled to comprehend that he would never come home. The entrepreneur, who is married to model Vogue Williams, described the experience as brutal but that it also helped him come to terms with his brother's death. 

The TV personality shared a video at base camp on Instagram and said: “Difficult journeys yield the greatest results. I can’t wait for you to see this film!”

Who are Spencer Matthews' siblings? 

Michael Matthews

Middle child to self made millionaire David Matthews and wife Jane. Michael was just 23 when he died in 1999. He became the youngest Briton to climb Mount Everest. As he made his descent Michael got lost in the infamous ‘Death Zone’ due to the heavy snow and gales. He became the 162nd person to die on the Mountain and his body was never found. 

James Matthews

The eldest son of David and Jane is a British former professional racing driver, hedge fund manager, and heir to the Scottish feudal title of Laird of Glen Affric. In 2017 he married Pippa Middleton who is the younger sister to Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales. 

Nina Mackie 

Nina is the daughter of David and his first wife Anita Taylor and is Spencer’s half sister. Although Nina prefers to stay out of the spotlight, she was pictured with Spencer at James's wedding. She lives in Jersey with her husband Adam and their children.
