Further sectors of the economy will finally reopen after months of closure and international travel will resume, with holidaymakers able to visit select ‘green list’ countries without having to quarantine on their return.
These are all of the lockdown changes that will take effect today.

. Indoor dining
Indoor dining in pubs, restaurants and cafes will resume, with no requirement for a substantial meal to be served alongside alcoholic drinks, and no curfew. The rule of six will be in place for diners and drinkers. Photo: Shutterstock
. Indoor mixing and overnight stays

. Outdoor gatherings

. Hugging

9. Foreign travel
Foreign travel will resume, with holidaymakers able to visit ‘green list’ countries without quarantine on return. Travellers are advised not to visit any countries on the amber or red list. Photo: TOLGA AKMEN
10. Large events
Some large events, including conferences, theatre and concert performances, and sports events will resume. Indoor events will have a limit of 1,000 people, or 50 per cent capacity, and outdoor events will have a 4,000 person limit, or 50 per cent capacity - whichever is lower. Photo: Pool
11. Indoor sport

12. Weddings and funerals
