Nicola Sturgeon praised reaching the significant milestone which will increase protection levels against the virus across the country, and stressed the importance of getting both doses. Ms Sturgeon said any unvaccinated Scots, and those waiting for their second dose, will be able to attend walk-in centres across mainland Scotland from Monday (5 July) to extend the vaccine coverage as quickly as possible. But which parts of the country have vaccinated the most people so far? Listed are the nine areas of Scotland where the highest percentage of adults have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine as of 30 June.
