Beyoncé vs Taylor Swift: Who wins the fashion battle when it comes to their tour wardrobe?

As fans of Beyonce and Taylor Swift we would never pit the most influential female singers up against each other. But when it comes to their Renaissance and Eras tour outfits we can’t help but wonder who has the most best fashion taste and will win the fight?

Queen Bey, 41, has been rocking designer labels from Paco Rabanne, Mugler, and David Koma. Her show stopping custom made outfits have included floor-length gowns, structured mini-dresses, bodysuits and fur coats. There was even a custom made catsuit designed by Louis Vuitton’ menswear creative director Pharrell Williams. 

Our favourites included the black mesh and long sleeves outfit by Alexander McQueen, the glittering hands bodysuit by Lowe and not forgetting the ‘Queen bee’ outfit by Mugler. 

The Cuff It singer also has a shoe collection from Jimmy Choo and the official jeweller for the tour is from luxury brand Tiffany & Co. Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z were appointed brand ambassadors for the label in 2022. 

It’s not clear exactly how much the entire wardrobe has cost so far but with an outfit from any of these designers costing in the thousands we are sure that fans claiming “it should cost a billion to look that good” they may not be far off. 

Taylor Swift,33, has put up some stiff competition as she’s also been wearing custom made outfits by luxury brands on her Era’s tour. Her designer outfits have been made from brands including Oscar de la Renta, Nicole + Felicia, Zuhair Murad and Roberto Cavalli. 

The Cruel Summer singer had Christian Louboutin as the official footwear provider for the Eras tour and we have loved the over-the-knee high boots with signature red soles she has been performing in. 

When it comes to favourites from Tay-Swift there are a few. The stunning pink tulle bridal gown from the Zuhair Murad - luxury fashion house has a price range of $9,000 to $20,000. She also wore a cute sequin co-ord set by Roberto Cavalli for one show.

But it was the Roberto Cavalli asymmetrical one-piece with snakes wrapped around her body in ruby red, black and diamond beads that really made our mouths drop to the floor! The outfit is estimated to have cost around $1,700. 

When it comes to who’s tour wardrobe is the most expensive, Beyoncé continues her reign as Queen, however, if it was a battle over which outfits you can take inspiration from and wear yourself the Tay-Swift takes the crown.
