When it comes to creating your perfect wedding day many people will know that the cost of the day can be as much as buying a house. Especially if you're a celebrity that wants the most lavish day and knocks all other weddings out of the park. 

There is so much to think about from the venue and dress to the flowers and favours then there’s the entertainment and DJ to factor in as well as cars the list can go on and on. According to the Bridebook the average UK wedding costs from £19,184 and that’s before you add on the honeymoon.

However for celebrities where money isn’t an issue, it's all about creating your dream wedding no matter what the price tag. We take a look at the most expensive celebrity weddings. 

The former Love Island star Olivia Attwood, 32, recently admitted that her wedding day to footballer Bradley Dack cost hefty £200,000. The couple married at the five-star Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge, London surrounded by 80 friends and family. Olivia’s, bespoke lace-sleeved gown by designer Galia Lahav costing £30,000. She later changed into a camisole dress from Christopher Kane.

Olivia told The Sun “There is nothing I regret, the band was incredible, the food was great, you have a budget in mind but as the weeks get nearer and nearer, you say yes yes yes to everything and before you know it you are over budget, so I think overall it got away from us a little bit.”

However Olivia’s wedding bill is nothing compared to the lavish weddings of Paris Hilton wore a Oscar de la Renta wedding gown when she married Carter Reum with Nicola Peltz-Beckham dress was designed by Valentino for her nuptials to Brooklyn Beckham. Both couples had a star studded guestlist and spent an estimated $3 million on their special day.

Paris and Nicola may have cut down the cost of their wedding’s by using their families estates as a venue. Paris and Carter said ‘I do’ at her late grandfather Barron Hilton's Bel-Air estate with Nicola and Brooklyn marrying at her billionaire businessman father Nelson Peltz's estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

Kim Kardashian may have been married three times - I know we all forget about Damon Thomas who she was married to for four years (2000-2004) which was actually two years longer than her wedding to Kris Humphries (2011-2013). The entrepreneur spent an estimated $10 million on her wedding to Kris but only $6 million marrying Kanye West (2014-2022). 

The cost of all of these weddings are nothing compared to the cost of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding day which reportedly cost an eye watering $42.8 million. Although the huge spend wasn’t just on flowers, food and Meghan's Clare Waight Keller gown that cost an estimated £110,000 to make.
