When we find out Dua Lipa would be co-chairing the 2023 Met Gala, we knew she would wear something to catch the eye. But her white Chanel gown far surpassed the expectations of many.
The British singer had all eyes and cameras on her as she headed down the red carpet in her Chanel outfit. The dress was from the Chanel fall/winter 1992 collection and was originally worn by Claudia Schiffer.

And that's because the 27-year-old was lucky enough to wear a stunning and previously unseen 100-carat Tiffany necklace that had all our jaws to the floor.
She is the first person ever to wear the Lucida Star necklace - worth a reported $10 million - which was reset with a diamond made to mirror the renowned Tiffany Diamond - one of the largest yellow diamonds in the world. The original 128.54-carat yellow Tiffany diamond was found back in 1977 in South Africa’s Kimberley diamond mines, and it has since become one of Tiffany’s most famous pieces.
And if the piece looks familiar, that's because it was made to pay homage to Hollywood star Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's and has also been worn by Lady Gaga at the 2019 Oscars. It was also featured by Beyonce in a campaign for Tiffany in 2021. The version worn by Lipa featured a white diamond, although the original is yellow.
This is Dua Lipa's second time at the Met Gala. She previously attended in 2019 when she took part in that year's 'camp' theme with a Versace outfit.
