Who were the five worst dressed celebrities at the Golden Globes 2023?

As much as fashionistas look forward to seeing the glamorous outfits on the red carpet, it is impossible to avoid looking out for those A-list celebrities who fail to make the fashion grade.

One would think with stylists on speed dial, it would be impossible to get an outfit wrong.

However, this is far from the case.

Whilst the likes of Lily James, Margot Robbie and Jessica Chastain didn’t put a fashion foot wrong, the same cannot be said for certain celebrities. PeopleWorld has chosen our worst dressed at the Golden Globes2023

1. Heidi Klum

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Heidi Klum, you certainly appear to have it all. You are a supermodel with naturally incredible looks and one would assume the help of many of Hollywood’s top stylists. Yet, you dare I say it, got it so terribly wrong at the Golden Globes.

Heidi wore a very short sequin cutout dress by Kevin Germanier with a lavender coloured boa draped along the front. Without question, Heidi’s figure looked fabulous, but unfortunately the dress looked tacky and totally out of place on the red carpet.

2. Claire Danes

Actress Claire Danes has over the years worn some very elegant outfits. Unfortunately for her, Claire’s Golden Globes outfit was wide off the fashion mark. Now, I am the first to admit I love a bow, I love sequins and occasionally feathers, but when it comes to them all together, it is a definite no from me!

3. Elizabeth Debicki

I think actress Elizabeth Debicki is both beautiful and talented, but I just felt that her Golden Globes dress did not work at all! In many ways, I am completely devastated that she didn’t nail when it came to her fashion red carpet choice.

One reason is that I normally love pink but I didn’t love Elizabeth’s pink Miu Miu dress. And ten times out of ten, I adore Miu Miu’s designs. However, unfortunately, it didn’t seem to do justice to her figure and looked like it might have fallen down at any given moment.

4. Selena Gomez

Another celebrity who normally never gets it wrong when it comes to her fashion choices is Selena Gomez. However, Selena definitely deserves to be on the Golden Globes worst dressed list as her dress was just so wrong. Why on earth would one team large purple puffy sleeves with a strapless black gown? Contrasts of course work in fashion, but this one didn’t!

5. Tefi Pessoa

Oh Tefi Pessoa, who was advising you on your Golden Globes outfit? Why oh why did the influencer feel the need to opt for such a revealing outfit that was the antithesis of stylish? I do understand the idea of opting for a slightly risque outfit, but it is risque and just tacky. Unfortunately this dress goes in the just tacky category.
