Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner are two A-list stars who occasionally make very wrong fashion choices

Kendall Jenner is renowned for almost always hitting the fashion mark, but her latest black undies and sheer tights look may be a step too far

Kendall Jenner is someone who often features on People World’s hot list because of her clever fashion choices that make her stand out for all the right reasons. However, her latest look has left me somewhat baffled...

Stepping out in a sweater, sheer tights, undies and no trousers recently, Kendall Jenner rightly looked like she had forgotten a key part of her wardrobe at home! Living in Los Angeles she obviously generally doesn’t have to worry about a biting cold wind or torrential downpours, but nevertheless, her look on the street did seem incongruous.

Although some fashion critics have said that Kendall has slayed the no-pants-trend (trousers in the UK), I think otherwise. I would even go as far as to say that the ‘no pants-trend’ should be considered not as a trend, but as a fashion no no.

Kendall Jenner is however not alone in the celebrity world for occasionally making a fashion error in terms of style judgement. Another A-list star who comes to mind for doing the same is Justin Bieber.

Justin, who is married to the iconically stylish Hailey Bieber, let his wife down when he attended the Grammys in an oversized suit and pink hat. Let's leave the pink hat alone for a minute and concentrate on the suit. This suit wasn’t just a little oversized in a cool slouchy way, but it looked like it needed a good few inches cut off the cuffs and bottoms of the trousers. Not a good look Justin!

Other celebrity fashion faux pas that have to be included often take place at the Met Gala. Now, I get the Met Gala is often the perfect opportunity for celebrities to make a fashion statement and even a political statement, but sometimes certain stars can get it disastrously wrong.

Kendall Jenner’s sister Kim literally broke the internet (again!) when she turned up at the 2021 Met Gala in an all-black faceless outfit. Without question it became the most talked about outfit of the evening and the look resulted in a meme frenzy.

Kim was compared by some fans as symbolising their sleep paralysis demons whilst others compared her to dementors from Harry Potter. Although she attracted a lot of attention on the night and beyond, it was not one of her finest fashion choices.

Another Met Gala look that has to be mentioned is Jared Leto’s fashion choice for the 2019 gala. He turned up in red Gucci robes with puff sleeves and carried a replica of his own head. Although it was reported to be a nod to Gucci's 'Cyborg' Autumn/Winter 2018 Milan fashion show where models also carried their own heads down the runway, this is a look that should never have been repeated!!
