Kim Kardashian has arrived at the Met Gala in a bodycon nude dress. The gown looked similar to Kim's successful Skims range but was designed by Daniel Schiaparelli.

The influencer wore a nude-toned fitted bodice draped in layers of pearls complete with a diamond choker and cream-ruffled satin wrap.

Speaking to Vogue on the red carpet Kim said she wanted to pay tribute to Karl in the most Karl way by dripping in diamonds and pearls.

The Skims founder looked stunning as she explained that daughter North who is in New York with her will be watching her walk the red carpet on the TV. Kim recently spent a few days at Karl Lagerfeld's headquarters with his beloved cat Choupette.

Walking the red carpet was of course sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner. Kylie opted for a red one-shoulder fitted dress with red and pale blue wrap.

Kendall looked show-stopping in a black sequin bodysuit with Karl-esque white collar and extreme flute sleeves.
