It’s finally Spring and the sun is shining (kind of) so of course our mind goes straight to the question, 'how can we update our look for the new season?’

The easiest way to switch up your style is to change your nail colour. Spring/Summer nails will always make you feel fresh and even the celebrities love to try out new designs. We have been stalking their Instagram profiles to find out what the hot new Spring/Summer nail trends will be this year. 

Pastel Skittle

Selena Gomez is a huge fan of this nail trend. Think colours of the rainbow but softer pastel hues and paint each finger an individual colour. This will instantly put you in a spring/summer mood. 

Pretty Florals 

Floral designed nails are an obvious choice for the season but to really make them look a bit extra, why not make them 3D like Lizzo. These bright orange floral nails may not be practical but they look good. 

Milky Whites 

Kylie Jenner is known for her fabulous long nails but the influencer toned it down for a recent shoot and opted for the milky white nail trend. Whereas the glazed-donut trend that Hailey Bieber began was all about hi-shine glossy nails, this nail colour will be a subtle version using off white colour with a touch of shine. 

Cute Bright's 

Speaking of Hailey Bieber after the viral 'glazed do-nut' nails the model also made bright yellow 'Buttercup' nails look cute. Yellow is the colour of happiness so if you're in need of a pick me up this is the go-to nail colour. 

Barbiecore 

Margot Robbie is set to star in a film based on a Barbie doll that will be out in July and if you didn’t know that well you must have been living on the moon because Barbiecore is already taking over the world. Neon Pink is everywhere right now but the actress showed us that dark pink can look just as pretty.  

Black Wednesday 

If Springtime nails gives you more Enid Sinclair vibes but you're totally a Wednesday then fear not as black nails are still a huge trend for Spring/Summer. Jenna Ortega was recently spotted at the Met Gala rocking French manicured nails but with black tips instead of the usual white. The perfect classic design but with a rebel twist.
