Letter to the editor: The Royal British Legion need your help
Dear Sir, The Royal British Legion needs your help.
I am seeking support, if possible, for volunteers across Buckinghamshire to help ensure the continued success of the Poppy Appeal across the County This vital appeal honours and supports veterans, service personnel, and their families.
We are looking for individuals, couples, or teams to volunteer their time in supporting this meaningful cause. Your participation would make a significant impact, whether through direct volunteering or by helping us spread the word among your colleagues and networks.
I have some information about the Royal British Legion, the Job descriptions for a PAO (Poppy Appeal Manager), JPAO (Joint Poppy Appeal Manager), and PA (Collector), and the expression of interest form.
My team will be there to support every step of the way and get anyone set up, and I am happy to join a meeting in person or virtually and I can post some leaflets too if it would help. Please let me know how I can best support you in getting involved.
Thank you for considering this request. Your support will help ensure that the Poppy Appeal remains strong in our local communities.
Sam Reid
