Taylor Swift and British actor Joe Alwyn were reportedly looking at buying a seven bedroom house in Belsize Park for £8.3 million before splitting up.
Sources claim that the couple of six years had an offer accepted in November and the estate agents Savills that the house sale is still subject to completion.

Hide AdThe Grade II listed period home was built in 1876 has 0.2 acres of land and features a 130 foot “enchanted” garden. It has seven bedrooms, a drawing room, study and library with an “exceptional kitchen/breakfast room” and also has a dressing room and wine cellar.
The couple previously rented a home just up the road in Primrose Hill but now they have reportedly split it's unclear whether either of them will move into the mansion.
Taylor is currently performing on her Era's Tour recently broke her social media silence and although didn't address the split rumours she did thank the 'unforgettable crowd' at Tampa. Whilst the actor is filming for the upcoming movie The Brutalist.
In the borough of Camden Belsize Park is a sought after area for Londoners and A-List celebrities. It’s just a 10 minute tube to Camden Town and 25 minutes into the city of London with lots of green spaces from nearby areas of Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath.

Hide AdBut it's not just the green spaces cafes and restaurants that would have appealed to the couple many celebrities call Belsize Park home including actress Helena Bonham Carter, American actor Martin Freeman and Taylor’s ex boyfriend Tom Hiddleston lived in the area.
Oasis singer Noel Gallagher owned a house in Belsize Park in the 90’s before selling it to comedian David Walliams for £3.25 million in 2005 who went on to make a very nice £2 million profit when he sold it in 2018.
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and ex-husband Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin resided in Belsize Park when they were together. The exes originally bought the home for £2.5 million and sold it for £7 million 10 years later.
