Travis Scott celebrates 31st birthday without Kylie Jenner, his ex-partner, but with memories of his lavish past celebrations at least.

It’s a happy birthday to Travis Scott, who turns 31 today and, if previous celebrations are anything to go by, will no doubt be celebrating in style - albeit it alone, given the circumstances surrounding his separation from Kylie Jenner earlier this year. Despite being the father to Aire with the Kardashian family member, the pair parted ways in January this year after their second break-up.

Sources confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the break was due to “the different lifestyles" they're currently living. "The two have had an up and down relationship," the source says, "and although they aren't together right now, it doesn't mean it's over for good." Kylie has said to have been comfortable staying at home with her children while Scott is still spending late nights in recording studios and going to clubs with his entourage.

While Kylie contends with persistent rumours that she may or may not be going out with Dune: Part Two actor Timothee Chalamet, Scott was previously linked to Instagram model Sarah Snyder, after he and Kylie spent separate holidays with each other amidst the trouble in paradise.

So it’s safe to say that perhaps Kylie Jenner won’t be on hand to celebrate Travis’ birthday today, though stranger things have happened - such as Travis celebrating his birthday with the mother of all McDonald's orders or the carnival he had during his 26th birthday. Just don’t ask about the gifts Kylie gave him for his 30th birthday; we have a feeling a box to return those items post-breakup might not have enough space, nor enough insurance to return those items.

Peopleworld takes a look at some of Travis Scott’s other birthday celebrations, as we await waking up after Bank Holiday Monday to discover if the celebrations for his 31st are muted or as loud and proud as ever for the Astroworld rapper.

Travis Scott celebrated his 25th birthday in style with a star-studded party in Hollywood in 2017. According to reports, the party was held at Cactus Lounge and included guests such as Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, and Jordan Clarkson.

The party had a theme of "La Flame's Vintage Gas Station" and was decorated with gas pumps, vintage cars, and street signs. Guests were also given custom-made T-shirts with Travis Scott's face on them.

There was also a McDonald's food truck on hand, which served guests burgers and fries. This was a nod to Travis Scott's love for the fast-food chain and was before he became the brand's official collaborator. To cap off the night, Travis Scott performed for the guests, playing hits like "Goosebumps" and "Antidote" to a packed crowd.

The couple was joined by a number of close friends, including Bella Hadid, The Weeknd, and French Montana. After dinner, Travis and his friends headed to Sixty Soho, a luxury hotel in the city, where they continued the party. 2019 - 27th birthday

Celebrating as best as he could during the COVID-19 pandemic, Scott took to Instagram to share a photo of himself sitting in front of a massive collection of birthday balloons that spelled out "Cactus Jack," his record label and brand.

Despite the pandemic restrictions, Travis still managed to have a memorable celebration with his loved ones. Travis also shared some moments from his birthday on his Instagram story, including footage of his daughter Stormi playing with some of his birthday balloons. He also received a special gift from Nike, a custom pair of Air Max 270 Reacts designed to look like his favourite cereal, Reese's Puffs.

2020 - 28th birthday

A rather muted birthday event, given that Scott was busy putting the finishing touches on his Astroworld touring festival and becoming a father this year. Reports have stated that rather than the big and bombastic parties that Scott has been known to throw, instead having a small gathering with friends and family in a tropical location. The party included a large balloon display spelling out "Happy Birthday Travis," as well as a cake decorated with the logo of his record label, Cactus Jack.

The birthday festivities also included a private screening of the 2021 film "Spiral," starring Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson. Jenner posted a video of Scott and their daughter Stormi sitting together in a theatre watching the movie.

Cactus Jack was the theme of Scott’s 29th birthday in 2021, with Kyle Jenner paying tribute to the hustle Scott put into his Cactus Jack brand, decorating the area with a giant inflatable replica of Scott's head, which was placed in the middle of the dance floor. The head was modelled after the cover of Scott's album "Astroworld" and had glowing red eyes.

The party also featured performances from several popular musicians, including Sheck Wes, Young Thug, and Pop Smoke (who appeared posthumously in a recorded performance). Guests were treated to a variety of food and drinks, including a custom Cactus Jack-themed birthday cake.
