Video: Should we abolish the House of Lords?
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has set out revised proposals for the opposition party in the event they win the next election. He's pledged a massive transfer of powers away from London, to the rest of the UK, including more power for devolved nations. But it would mean getting rid of an institution thats been in place for hundreds of years - the House of Lords. It is not elected - meaning the public does not vote on who sits in this chamber of Parliament.
