Here we reveal the cheapest 17 neighbourhoods in England to buy a property in.
The figures are based on the median price paid in each neighbourhood in the 12 months to June 2021. The median is a measure of the average that takes the middle point between lowest and highest. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
