Jubliant England fans roar with delight as England knocks out Germany in Euros - in pictures

Famous faces including ex-England players David Beckham and David Seaman were among the spectators

England are celebrating a mammoth European Championship victory against Germany after Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane fired Gareth Southgate’s men into the quarter-finals.

German football fans held their heads in their hands as England fans lapped up the team’s 2-0 success in cities and towns across the UK.

England have finished top of their group, beaten Germany and seen off Sweden in a goalfest of a quarter final, in which Harry Kane has scored a hat-trick.

England will come up against either Sweden or Ukraine in the quarter final of Euro 2020 on 3 July in Rome.
