From Maya Jama and Stormzy to Romeo Beckham and Mia Regan, here are all the celeb couples who got back together

David and Victoria Beckham’s middle son Romeo confirmed he is back together with ex-girlfriend Mia Regan.

The pair were also seen enjoying a night out to celebrate the models 20th birthday.

Beckham, also 20, gushed over ‘gorgeous’ girlfriend in a sweet birthday tribute on his Instagram in which he said: Happy burfday gorgeous @mimimoocher.’ News of the pair’s reconciliation comes four months after the couple confirmed they had split.

The young couple are not the first famous pair to break up and reconcile, whether it’s days, months or years later, celeb couple reconciliation has been hot in the headlines. JLo and Ben Affleck also spent time apart before getting back together, as well as the Prince and Princess of Wales. That’s right, royals are just like us.

And most recently, Maya Jama and Stormzy may be joining the long list of couples getting back together, much to fans’ delight.

So, what other celebrity couples have broken up and gotten back together over the years? Here’s a few of the most famous celebrity reconciliations.

Romeo Beckham and Mia

Romeo deleted all traces of the London-based model Mia Regan from his Instagram earlier this year. Beckham sparked reconciliation rumours just last week when he conveniently-cropped photo where he received a kiss on the cheek from a mystery love interest and was seen liking Regan’s latest social media posts.

The pair originally split earlier this year due to pressure caused by conflicting work schedules. Mia Regan is based in London pursuing a modelling career. Beckham is currently spending a lot of time in the United States following in his dad’s footsteps pursuing a career in football.

Regan stayed friendly with Romeo’s famous family and even collaborated with his mother Victoria Beckham on her self-titled fashion brand.

J-Lo and Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been one of Hollywood’s IT couples in the past year, but their romance first started almost twenty years ago. Bennifer, as they were named by fans, first started dating in 2002, their relationship was front and centre of the tabloids. The couple actually got engaged in 2002, and worked together on multiple films together.

In 2003, the couple were forced to postpone their marriage just days before it was set to go ahead due to the intense media attention it was getting. The couple ended their relationship in January 2004.

Lopez was married to Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014, and they are parents to twins Max and Emme. Whereas, Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2018, and they have three kids together, daughters Violet and Seraphina and son Samuel.

The couple stayed friends and supported each other during their time apart. Affleck spoke out in support of Lopez when she was snubbed at the Oscars for her role in Hustlers.

In 2021 following Jennifer Lopez’s split from fiance Alex Rodriguez it was reported the couple had rekindled their relationship. They confirmed their reconciliation via Instagram and walked red carpets together.

Going from strength to strength Lopez and Affleck got engaged in April 2022, and married in July of the same year.

Kate Middle and Prince William

That’s right, prior to becoming the Prince and Princess of Wales, Kate and William had their fair share of ups and downs. The couple first met when they were students at St. Andrews University building a strong friendship before beginning a relationship.

Following their graduation from University the couple went their separate ways for some self-exploration.

Kate spoke about the time apart in their engagement interview saying: "I at the time wasn’t very happy about it, but actually it made me a stronger person. You find out things about yourself that maybe you hadn’t realised — I think you can get quite consumed by a relationship when you’re younger — and I really valued that time for me, as well."

The couple reunited in the summer of 2007 and announced their engagement in 2010. The couple officially tied the knot at Westminster Abbey in 2011 and now share three children.

Stormzy and Maya Jama

Maya Jama and Stormzy dated for four years before ending their relationship. They first started dating in 2015 after meeting at Red Bull Culture Clash. The couple went their separate ways in 2019 to reportedly focus on their careers.

The couple dated in secret for a year before going public in 2016. The couple seemed to end on good terms as they apparently spent Christmas together in 2020. However, now reports suggest the two could be getting back together. The reports come after Maya appears to have split from ex-fiance Ben Simmons.
